Description Felipe Heidrich CLA 2011-01-27 13:56:22 EST
Start an incremental search

Type one char, hit backspace

Expected result:
incremental search returns to its initial state (nothing in the buffer, waiting for input - try it on Eclipse)

Actual result:
incremental search closes
the char in the editor at caret (or the selection, if set) is deleted.

This bug has being around for always, I find it pretty annoying.
