Steps to reproduce:
1. create a composite structure diagram 
2. create a class
3. create a port on this class
4. apply a stereotype from a dynamic profile to this port
5. try to delete the port
You will see that the port icon is deleted but the port is not deleted graphically

I cannot reproduce the bug on the current version
