Sapphire UI definition files need an editor. The first pass should focus on being able to create, configure and validate all UI parts. The content should be presented using form parts. A WYSIWYG presentation is outside the initial scope.

Will call this task completed. We have an editor, it covers 100% of the sdef language. It doesn't have all possible validation and content assist, but that will be handled separately.
