1. Install a nightly build
2. config the org.eclipse.e4.webide.server.allowedPathPrefixes in your eclipse.ini
3. Install another nightly build
Expected: some simple upgrade path
Observed: if you copy your eclipse.ini from the other build the launch fails with some error about jar files; if you don't copy the eclipse.ini file your config is missing. So you have to edit the eclipse.ini can copy the line from the old config. I thought we got past this approach back in say, 1977 ;-)

Just to add to your upgrade fun, the property has been renamed to "org.eclipse.orion.server.core.allowedPathPrefixes"

This value can now be set in an orion.conf file as described here:
