Description Martin Oberhuber CLA 2011-01-25 13:21:49 EST
As per the ANSI terminal spec,

   http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ansi_terminal

most terminal programs display colors way darker than the TM terminal. As a result, terminal display is not as readable as it should be.

Also, the definition of "magenta" is incorrect in the TM terminal and "intense" colors don't display intense (just the font is boldface).

Attached patch rectifies this, adopting the xterm color definitions which seem to work well in both "default" (white background) as well as "inverse" (black background) mode.
