1. Launch Eclipse SDK
2. Have Running Platform as target platform
3. Create a new feature based launch config
4. Ensure 'Only show Selected' is unchecked
5. Provide a filter *.source on Plug-in Tab
6. Hit Deselect All
7. Clear the filter
8. All deselected features in step 6 have disappeared

9. Hitting Select All/Deselect All brings them back

I have seen this previously using slightly different steps (See dupe).  I wouldn't spend too much time on this as messing with the multiple filters and cache can be quite a time sink.

This could have been caused by a concurrent modification exception in the filter control, see bug 337469

No luck, the problem still exists.  No time to work on this in M6 though.

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet.

If you have further information on the current state of the bug, please add it. The information can be, for example, that the problem still occurs, that you still want the feature, that more information is needed, or that the bug is (for whatever reason) no longer relevant.

Can't reproduce the issue any more in 4.11. The deselected source features are shown as expected.
