Description Patrick Chuong CLA 2011-01-24 16:57:31 EST
When I disable the entire menu group, i.e "Edit", than I can't re-enable one or two menu items, i.e Undo Typing or Redo. The only way for me to re-enable the "Edit" menu is to enable the entire menu group again.

How is this bug of "critical" severity?
Comment 2 Patrick Chuong CLA 2011-01-24 17:42:40 EST
Hi, you can change it to major or normal (or other). It is critical to me, becuase I am using the perspectiveExtension to hide all menu items, but I wasn't able to get one or two menu items back without having to re-enable all menu items.

The steps that I outlined in my first message was a manual step that I was able to reproduce the same issue as the perspectiveExtension that I used to hide all menu items.

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet.

If you have further information on the current state of the bug, please add it. The information can be, for example, that the problem still occurs, that you still want the feature, that more information is needed, or that the bug is (for whatever reason) no longer relevant.
