Steps to Reproduce:
1. Installing SVN connectors

This is a bug of subversive, not pdt.
You must do following steps, at least I had to.
1) Goto Preferences>Install/Update>Available Software Sites
2) Make enable 'http://download.eclipse.org/technology/subversive/0.7/update-site/'
3) Goto Install New Software
4) Select 'http://download.eclipse.org/technology/subversive/0.7/update-site/' as update site
5) Install(update) 'Subversive SVN Team Provider'
6) After restarting eclipse, install SVN connectors
