To reproduce:

1. Create a CompletionCombo
2. When the combo is empty and before the cursor is in the combo, click on the combo's button >> pop-up opens
3. Drag the scrollbar handle or click on the up / down arrows in the pop-up

List will scroll, then pop-up closes.

Expected: list should scroll, pop-up remains open.
