To reproduce:

1. Create a CompletionCombo with Images
2. Populate it
3. Use these settings: autocompletion: false, allow mismatch: true
4. Enter an entry via the keyboard 
>> the image will not appear on match, expected: image should appear

5. Select an entry from the list. Image appears ok
6. Edit the entry via keyboard so that it doesn't match, i.e. delete a character or all characters
>> the image will not be cleared on mismatch, expected: image should dissappear
