[This is phrased in terms of an X10DT launch configuration, but there is AFAICT nothing specific to X10DT in the bug itself.]

Steps to reproduce the problem:

1. create new workspace
2. create new X10 project (C++ backend)
3. create a launch configuration by selecting 'run as X10 Application'
4. open the created launch configuration and select the 'Synchronize' tab
5. select 'New upload rule' and add a file from the workspace
6. apply the changes and close the dialog
7. reopen the launch configuration and select the 'Synchronize' tab
8. the newly-created entry is not visible but reappears if 'New upload rule' is selected and the creation is canceled

If you need me to, I can probably recreate the recipe without any use of the X10DT. Let me know...
