We restrict shell access on Eclipse.org systems.  If you are a build engineer please re-open and cc your PL.

I'd like to create a .ssh/authorized_keys file on dev.eclipse.org, but I
currently have a restricted shell account. Could you give me a temporary account so that I can crate the key file ?
