The dependency dialog should allow multi-selection, since user is likely to select multiple dependencies.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a new Tigerstripe project
2. Open tigerstripe.xml file
3. Switch to dependency pane
4. Click on Add > This dialog should allow multi-selection
