The dependencies in org.eclipse.help.base to org.eclipse.lucene and org.apache.lucene.analysis should have a minimum version of 2.0 and the deprecations should be eliminated.

Fixing the deprecations will allow source compatibility with Lucene 3.x. Raising the minimum version will prevent problems due to binary incompatibility between Lucene 1.x and 2.x.

I raised the minimum version to 2.9 rather than 2.0, it's not clear that there is any benefit supporting back to 2.0.

I have committed "Patch to raise versions in dependencies to 2.9", this is in N20110118-2000. I still need to get rid of the deprecations.
