Can we install jsdoc-toolkit on build.eclipse.org?

The Orion build process uses this to generated Javascript Doc in our build.

Could this tool also be made available for hudson builds?

We've setup /shared/common to be writable by all committers for just this purpose.  Install your tools there -- they will be accessible to Hudson as well via the same paths.
