I have OCL expression of the following form:

self.referenceToModelElement.attribute

This only works when the diagram is open and the value for self.referenceToModelElement is set in the properties view.

When opening the diagram:
The label does not set its value to self.referenceToModelElement.attribute
When updating the value of referenceToModelElement.attribute
The label does not update either.
