ever since ive moved to windows 7 when deploying it seems fine. doesnt give me any errors or warnings. but when running the jar file thru a web browser or a batch file anything that i have changed doesnt work. but when i do a full deploy on win2000 or winxp its fine

You are using build M20050929-0840.  In other words, you are using a product that was built in September 2005.  It does not support Windows 7, which was released four years afterwards.

Please update to a version of Eclipse that is newer than Windows 7 (such as 3.6.1, the current version).
