Class "org.eclipse.gmt.modisco.workflow.internal.engine.CreatePluginProject" seems to have the same purpose as ProjectUtils#createPluginProject.

They should be refactored to minimize code duplication.

We will focus on the move to EMF Facet before to clean the code.
