Provide a way to update the library with changes made in the Wiki and vice versa

Examples:
- Approve a Wiki change and apply it to the library with push of a button
- Download a patch and apply it in the EPF Composer
- Update library on Wiki change automatically (without approval). Make this configurable per wiki. Auto update or update after approval.
