Clicking on Download on http://www.eclipse.org/projects/project_summary.php?projectid=tools.gef links to http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/download.php? which gives

Eclipse downloads - file unavailable

The selected file is invalid, or it is no longer available for download.

This happens when the file is part of a nightly or development build. If so, please return to the project's home page and download a newer version.

The project meta-data pointed to http://www.eclipse.org/gef/download.php. Instead it should point to http://www.eclipse.org/gef/downloads.php. I updated the meta-data accordingly.
