Description Marcel Bruch CLA 2011-01-17 12:36:08 EST
is an extension for eclipse enabling developers to contribute documentation to existing APIs, comment on them and (it's main purpose) enables developers to see crowd-sourced (mined) documentation like subclassing directives, object usage patterns, example code snippets etc.

For the use case see http://code-recommenders.blogspot.com/2010/03/problem-of-incomplete-javadocs.html It shows en earlier version of this view/idea.
