The build dependencies for 2.x builds are missing on http://www.eclipse.org/modeling/tmf/downloads/.

Modeling download PHP site uses/parses build.cfg file to generate build dependency entry.
This file was produced by Athena (modeling cbi) .  Now we are 
using buckminster, which doesn't need such a file, so it is just 
missing.
I think it's a good idea to list build dependencies on the 
download site, so mark this as an enhancement.
Overall the old generic download php site don't fit our needs anymore. 

TODO: provide new download site script or make the old one 
customizable

There is nobody who is responsible for improving the modeling downloads site.
For Xtext we have a custom table of dependencies here:
 http://www.eclipse.org/Xtext/documentation/350_continuous_integration.html#maven-tycho-hints
