When I am editing HTML files drag and drop refuses to work.  If I am editing java project code no problem.  Yes my drag and drop is enabled. 
Thanks hope to see a fix because I move lots of text around.

Possibly a duplicate of bug 173405, considering that we don't support dragging _from_ our editors.
