Description Marcel Bruch CLA 2011-01-14 04:07:57 EST
After I started some CQs in IPZilla I now get the error message "Account Disabled - not a committer". I would expect to have this right.

login: bruch@st.informatik.tu-darmstadt.de
project: eclipse.recommenders

Posting here at the suggestion of Chris Aniszczyk.

Thanks,
Marcel

Hi Marcel;

I've checked our internal system and your committer account is still in good standing with no apparent changes in that system since your account was arranged just a few days ago.

However, can you ensure your bugzilla email address is the same as the one we have for your committer account (the one you noted above). Eclipse committers log into Ipzilla with their bugzilla account. As such, these email addresses must be the exact in order that we can make the committer <-> bugzilla account connection.

I'll stand by.

Kind Regards,
Sharon

Hi Sharon,

thanks for looking. I just verified that I actually use the same username and password for Bugzilla and IPZilla. I entered credentials both manually and per copy&paste from a text file - I can access Bugzilla but not IPZilla.

Can you check that IPZilla uses "bruch@st.informatik.tu-darmstadt.de"? I use a shorter address in my mails: "bruch@cs.tu-darmstadt.de" Maybe something got mixed up here? Also my secondary address might haven been used? marcel.bruch@gmail.com?

Thanks,
Marcel

Hi Marcel;

Yes, I can confirm your committer account is using "bruch@st.informatik.tu-darmstadt.de".

It's time to call in Webmaster to help. Therefore, I am adding Matt to this bug.

Hi Matt: Can you help Marcel out?

Thanks,
Sharon
