This tracks separating graphiti and gef dependency into a separate feature such that it would be possible to install sapphire runtime without graphiti/gef if the scenario doesn't call for creating diagrams.

I will handle this task, but it is blocked on Bug 334337.

Done. The GEF and Graphiti dependencies are now in org.eclipse.ui.swt.graphiti plugin.

verified by testing installation with contact update sites unchecked and toggling Graphiti renderer and samples. both samples and Graphiti require the checkbox to be checked.
