The SapphireDiagramDefFactory class should be eliminated and its logic folded into the existing SapphireUiDefFactory class.

Remove SapphireDiagramDefFactory class

Since the diagram page def is folded into the sapphire ui def, SapphireDiagramDefFactory class is not used. The patch removes the class
