In the new JavaScript Project wizard go to the second page and bring up the Source folder tab.

Attempt to add folders and note that they do not show up in the wizard UI.

Also, if you select to use a separate source folder on the first page of the wizard and flip to the second page nothing is shown in the UI for the folder.
