Description Malgorzata Janczarska CLA 2011-01-13 04:30:06 EST
Currently, RP (EclipseWeb) opens a popup window for the user to authenticate at the OpenID Provider using the Provider's default user interface (full-blown web page). The page is not necessarily optimized to be open in a small window. To improve UX OP can provide a discoverable UI extension for popup which would make the transition from the RP to the OP less disruptive to the user. The OpenID auth mechanism in EclipseWeb should check for the extension before opening the popup.
