In the Papyrus Perspective, some usefull menu are hided : 
	- The menu Diagram provided by org.eclipse.papyrus.menu
	- The menu Papyrus
	
We should modify the perspective configuration to allow to see these menus

Done in R3802 : Add the Diagram Menu and its corresponding toolbar in the list of the elements to show, but I'm not sure it corrects the problem...

Diagram menu was already in the list!
