Classpath entries that are tagged with the dependency attribute and map to the parent container(deploy path starts with ../) are incorrectly exported to multiple locations.  These entries are being properly mapped into the parent container (EAR) at export time.  However, they are also appearing in the RAR file, which is wrong.  The reason this is happening is because the FlatVirtualComponent for Connector projects is missing some participants that prevent this from happening.
