The "Custom" radio button for ordering cannot be selected when "None" or "Primary Key" are selected.  It can be selected after selecting "Order column" however selecting Custom also selects Primary Key and the text entry box remains unresponsive.  

No exceptions are thrown.

Workaround: enter <order-by> manually in orm.xml

I think this is probably a duplicate of bug 190866.  This seems to be a challenging issue to solve with the WTP Translators, and since there is a workaround we haven't fixed it yet.  It's probably time for another look though.
