There is a documentation error in the parameter list for the AbstractIndexManager constructor.

Fix Patch

Fixes the documentation for the "messageProcessingFiles" parameter to:

Message to use when manager is processing files. Should contain two parameters to be filled in with the number of files to process, and the file currently being processed.
