When using the downloadable libraries feature in JPA project creation, the library definition created for EclipseLink does not include the bits of EclipseLink that make it usable for JAXB.  This can be fixed by editing the library definition, but it does mean that a user could think that EclipseLink doesn't support JAXB.

Verified in Build I-3.3.0-20110331154142

Verified that you can add/modify the EL needed .jar's in order to create a JAXB project. See the link to view test steps for verification.
