similar to other bugs in 333678 

again, the executionMap in getValidatorMetaData is never used (but has some computations, so was not originally detected as unused). 

Would want to use +100 if fixed in only head.

Committed to R3_2_maintenance and HEAD for WTP 3.2.3 and WTP 3.3 M5

(Note that the plugin version ids were already bumped.)
