Description Hristo Iliev CLA 2011-01-06 06:32:47 EST
Adding new bundles to Virgo can be made quite easy if we enable Orbit bundles to be used in Virgo build.

Currently we need to use EBR which requires SpringSource to take care for adding the bundles.
Comment 1 Hristo Iliev CLA 2011-01-06 07:27:26 EST
Orbit bundles contain only 3rd party dependencies. We should investigate how to consume Eclipse (Equinox) bundles.
Comment 2 Chris Frost CLA 2011-01-12 10:05:34 EST
Deps can now be placed in the external folder of build.eclipse.org for virgo. Use SFTP as virgoBuild user and try and keep the ivy files up to date for source
Comment 3 Glyn Normington CLA 2011-02-28 10:50:58 EST
We gave up on this solution after it turned out to be very difficult to get the ivy metadata right.
