Build Identifier: WTP 3.2.3

In the Deployment Assembly page, the deploy paths of Java Build Path Entries are being displayed with absolute paths. For consistency with how other types of entries are displayed (see bugzilla 331044), Java Build Path Entries should be displayed as relative paths.

This patch updates the code so that the deploy path of Java Build Path Entries is shown as relative.
