Patch

Several plug-ins inadvertently had API nature enabled, probably as a result of copy/paste. After the change to the bug 331924 the missing API baseline error is reported for those plug-ins:

com.google.code.atinject.tck
org.eclipse.e4.core.services
org.eclipse.e4.core.tests.services
