Actions in question

It's fairly common to need to refresh the state of the project after changes are made to the pom.xml in an external editor, whether it be a scm update or through a commandline editor (vim/emacs). 

Currently, keybindings cannot be assigned to the following two actions (menu items under the Maven context menu item):

Update Dependencies
Update Project Configuration

It would be convenience if keybindings could be assigned to these tasks.
