Migrate the Virgo's kernel to DS. That would eliminate the startup order currently present in Virgo's boot procedures. Removing the startup order should enable other enhancements, such as plugging of p2 provisioning or the possiblity of using non-proprietary OSGi launchers and may also reduce the footprint during startup.

The startup order is fixed by using DS without removing any of the existing Spring DM contexts. Merged with master.
