Restructuring review successful. Project will add details for Webmaster and IP to move code repository, CQs and bugs, and remove committers from previous project as needed.

So ... the committers, Stefan Dimov and Petya Sabeva are to be added to the Dali project. I assume the Dali project should use the Foundation Portal to "vote them in"? Or, is there some quicker way so that they are added automatically as a result of the restructure/move review? (I know .. I should know that :) ... but I lose track). 

As one of the final steps, I'll use to portal to remove them from WTP Incubator project assuming they do not work on any other components there ... let me know if that is not the case and one or both should stay in WTP Incubator.

How are we doing here? I'm pretty sure that I saw the committer records pass by.

Is there any code or CQs that need to move? Has that already been captured?

From the portal it looks like the the committers are awaiting provisioning from the Webmaster.  As for CQ's, I think 4364 and 4446 need to be moved.  We probably want Stefan to confirm that though.

I've moved the CQs (4364 and 4446) to align with Dali in Ipzilla.
