2.Name	: Subclipse(Not Specific you can mention any name)

3.Install the subclipse then the eror occured "An error occured while collecting items to be installed session context was .............
unable to collect the repository Read timeout "

It doesn't look like a Team issue, I suggest you open a new bug against Subclipse (http://subclipse.tigris.org/servlets/ProjectIssues).
