Fix released to CVS HEAD. Thanks for the bug report, Thomas!

'Open Perspective', 'Close', 'Reset', and 'Show Text' should now all be externalized. I expect them to be automatically translated via the org.eclipse.ui.workbench bundle's fragment.

Verified with I20110125-2200 on Windows XP.
