Surely this should be updated to point at the helios and 3.6 sites, rather than the galileo and 3.5 sites?

(I can attach a patch if you'd like.)

The update urls in the features will be removed as part of bug 332662 https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=332662#c1
