Build Identifier: Birt 2.3.2

The birt report is designed as A4/landscape. When exported from reportviewer the xls is always set to "letter size".

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create a report design with BIRT designer and set page style like         
this Orientation: Landscape Size: A4                                         
2. Run this report. And select "Export a report" menu icon and select        
export type to "xls".                                                        
3. Open the exported file with Excel. Check page setting for the report      
file. It shows "8.5 x 11(letter)" instead of A4.

This issue can be reproduced in 2.3.2 release.
But it can not be reproduced in 2.6.1 release build.

Please switch to use the latest release build. Set as fixed for this issue.
