Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Preferences>PHP>Editor>Syntax Coloring
2. Ensure default (Restore Defaults)
3. Ensure 'Foo' in sample text has strikethrough
4. Enable 'Classes' (select 'Classes' and check 'Enable')
5. Check 'Bold'
=> Now 'Foo' is displayed in bold.
