Continuous Integration on Windows is needed to check Virgo functionality on this OS, as well as to provide reference values for build issues and test results.

The problems I found so far:

* antivirus software or UAC may cause org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: cvc-elt.1: Cannot find the declaration of element 'beans'.

* listFiles() fails with long paths
