Bug for changes to the ECF Communications perspective. If you want more changes in the perspective, indicate it here and I will take a look.

Current list of items:

1. The initial layout of the perspective does not make much sense, e.g. the problems view is the first active view.
2. Shortcuts to seemingly unrelated views in the "open view" menu when the perspective is active.
3. Contacts, Messages and Chats views are "Show In" participants. Find out why.
