 I have had this error, and i'm unable to show php function's description by pressing ctrl + space. I've some other error, such as plug-in org.eclipse.wst.sse.core, or.eclipse.equinox.p2.core and repository, org.eclipse.core.resources, org.eclipse.epp.usagedata.record AND THIS ONE : org.eclipse.wst.sse.uI, which is in my opinion the most important one.

No longer reproducible.
Reopen is you are able to define a particular scenario and file.
