Due to making updates to the snaps tests to keep it in line with the latest versions etc...

One of the tests is still failing. snapBundleContext in SnapCapabilityTests.

It is currently running against equinox 3.7 but build with 3.6 so this may be the cause. The equinox version is the last thing to be updated.

The test is currently ignored, this bug will be complete when the test passes and the equinox version has been updated.
