Create a new CVS project at /cvsroot/mylyn/org.eclipse.mylyn and move bundles from the existing /cvsroot/tools/org.eclipse.mylyn .

Thanks for copying the files! I forgot to mention that we don't need /cvsroot/mylyn/org.eclipse.mylyn/zArchive anymore. Can this be deleted? 

We just need the old copy at /cvsroot/tools/org.eclipse.mylyn around until end of 2011 to build maintenance releases.
